New kid on the block needs help.

Bonjouno Everyone!

As I guess you've all figured out, I'm new on the block and I need some help. I don't have any drawing or coloring talent, but I want to get into the photography side of things. I have a pentax k1000 camera to use but I need to know how to get the pictures I take from the film to the computer and so on. E-mail me if you have any tips or suggestions as to what programs or processes I should be using.
